Если от последних(его) наблюдений(я) за температурой прошло меньше 15 минут, наблюдённое / среднее значение округляется до целого и записывается как текущее значение температуры.

“Weather rp5 (2020)” is a new application created by the developers of the famous weather website RP5. The application looks like the new mobile version of RP5 website, but it allows you to view pre-loaded weather forecasts on a phone or tablet offline.
